How Load Lead Love works

Read this in about six minutes and you will know exactly what happens after you sign up — no demo call, no sales sequence.

The system in thirty seconds

You pick one challenge in your everyday life. The system turns it into a 7-day plan with a small daily action, sends both adults a short morning letter, and asks you at the end of the week whether to keep it, adjust it or drop it. What you keep goes into your Family Playbook. Then you pick the next challenge. One at a time, on purpose.

Getting started

Create an account with your email. The first 14 days are free and you are not asked for a card until the trial ends.

Next you fill in a short family profile: how many children, their ages, who lives in the house, what your week already looks like. Two minutes. Everything after that is shaped by those answers, which is why the plans do not read like generic advice.

Then the System Finder asks what is hardest right now — mornings, bedtime, screens, homework, sibling conflict, the invisible load — and proposes the system that fits. You can override it. Finally you invite the other adult by email. They get their own login, their own language and their own view.

What a week actually looks like

Every morning both adults get one email: today’s action, tonight’s dinner, who is responsible, and anything coming up in the next three days. Monday’s letter looks a bit further ahead. If no dinner is planned, the letter says so and links straight to the planner instead of leaving you to remember.

During the day you tick the action off — one tap, no journalling. In the evening each adult can log a private pulse: how the day felt, on their own scale. The dashboard shows both pulses side by side without ranking them. It is a conversation starter, not a scoreboard.

On day seven you get a review. Keep, adjust or drop. Whatever you keep is written into the Playbook and stops being something you have to think about.

The tools

The Smart Meal Planner is the one most families open first. Tell it what you already have at home, how much you are willing to buy, who is fussy about what, and it builds the week — with a shopping list and a responsible adult per day. Simple mode gives you suggestions; advanced mode lets you list spices, sauces and the sesame oil at the back of the cupboard.

Alongside it you have the week view, chore charts, house rules, bedtime routines and screen-time agreements. Results save into your workspace, so a chore chart made on Sunday shows up in Monday’s morning letter. Everything exports to PDF if you want it on the fridge.

The Together track

Everyday structure is the base. Together is the layer for the two adults, and it runs separately so the two never repeat each other.

A round works like this: both of you answer the same open question privately, then the answers unlock at the same time. No leading questions, no scoring, no advice from us. You map what is going on, decide one thing to try, and test it for a week. The questions are open on purpose — the solutions are yours, not ours.

Calendar and phone

Your workspace publishes a private calendar feed. Add it once to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and the daily actions, dinners and Together rounds appear in the calendar you already use. It updates itself when the plan changes.

On a phone you can save the site to your home screen and it opens like an app — no app store, no download. You can also switch the evening planning reminder on, which nudges you at 20:00 if the coming week is still empty.

What it costs

14 days free, then $9.90 / £7.90 a month instead of $14.90 / £11.90 for everyone who joins before 31 December, or $99 / £79 a year. No lock-in — you cancel yourself from your account page in two clicks. There is no refund after the trial, which is exactly why the trial is a full two weeks and needs no card up front.

Questions people ask before joining

Do both adults need an account?
No, but the system is much better with two. The second adult joins by invitation and sees the same plan in their own language.
What if we skip a few days?
Nothing breaks. There are no streaks to lose. The plan waits, and the review still asks the same honest question at the end.
Can we run several plans at once?
Deliberately not. One 7-day plan at a time is what makes it survive a normal week. The rest of your list stays parked until you are ready.
Who can see what we write?
Only the adults in your workspace. Private reflections stay private until you both submit a round. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train anything.
Which languages does it work in?
English, Swedish and German — including the morning letter, the tools and the PDFs. Each adult chooses their own, and you can differ.

Try it for two weeks

The trial is the whole system, not a limited version. If it does not fit your family, cancel and nothing is charged.
