Refund Policy

Every guide sold on this site is a digital PDF workbook, delivered instantly after payment. Because the file is downloadable and cannot be returned once received, the rules below apply to all purchases.

All sales are final once the file is delivered

When your download link has been delivered, the purchase is complete and non-refundable. This is stated before payment and again at checkout. Please read the guide description, page count and sample content on the product page before you buy.

When we do refund

We refund or replace in these situations, no argument needed:

• The download link never arrived or does not work.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete or unreadable.
• You were charged twice, or a purchase was made by accident and not downloaded.
• You received a different guide from the one you paid for.

Email hello@parentinglifelab.com with your order email address and the name of the guide. We answer within two business days and fix delivery problems first, refund second if we cannot.

Who processes the payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries related to billing, taxes and payment. Paddle may also grant a refund at its own discretion under its buyer terms.

How long a refund takes

We answer every refund request within two business days. If the request is approved, Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method, which normally appears on your statement within five to ten business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You can also raise a billing enquiry directly with Paddle at paddle.net, using the order reference from your receipt email.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins. By completing the purchase and starting the download, you give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right. This is shown at checkout.
