Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page covers two different products: the Load Lead Love membership (a recurring subscription with a free trial) and the digital workbooks (one-time PDF purchases). The rules that apply to your purchase are explained below.

Load Lead Love membership — try free for 14 days

The membership starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method when you sign up, but you are not charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and no payment is taken.

After the trial, the membership continues automatically at the price shown when you joined — currently $4.99 a month as a founding member, then $7.99. Yearly plans are billed once for the full year.

No refunds after the trial ends

Once the trial has ended and the first payment has been taken, we do not offer refunds. This includes monthly and yearly membership charges. The trial is designed to give you enough time to decide whether the system fits your family.

You can still cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Yearly memberships are not refunded pro-rata when cancelled early.

How to cancel

Sign in and go to Account → Manage billing. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

When we do refund or credit

Even though the policy is no-refund after the trial, we fix these situations without argument:

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• A technical error on our side caused an incorrect charge.
• The purchase was made by a minor without permission.
• You cancelled within the trial but were charged by mistake.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Load Lead Love is a digital service that begins immediately when you create your workspace, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access and understand that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the service starts. The 14-day free trial gives you the same practical window to try the service before any charge is taken.

Digital workbooks — one-time purchases

Each guide is a digital PDF delivered instantly after payment. Once the download link has been delivered, the purchase is complete and non-refundable. We do replace or refund if the link never arrives, the file is corrupted, you were charged twice, or you received the wrong guide. Who processes the payment

LouLouEntertainment is the seller of record for every order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which handles the card transaction and tax calculation at checkout. Card details never reach this site. All billing and refund enquiries are answered by us directly at hello@parentinglifelab.com.

How long a refund takes

We answer every refund request within two business days. If a refund is approved, we issue it through Stripe to the original payment method. It normally appears on your statement within five to ten business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If we cannot agree

Contact us first — most issues are solved by email within two business days. Consumers in Sweden may also refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
