This website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The content on this site represents our personal experiences and research as parents. You may freely browse, read, and share our content with proper attribution.

All guides sold here are original work written by Per Moller; nothing on this site is resold third-party material.
LouLouEntertainment is the seller of record for every order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which appears alongside our name on your bank or card statement. Billing enquiries are handled by us directly at hello@parentinglifelab.com.
Subscription Terms for Load Lead Love
Load Lead Love is a recurring membership to a private family workspace. When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to the workspace, tools and guided system. The first 14 days are free. After the trial, the membership continues automatically until you cancel.
Monthly members are billed every 30 days. Yearly members are billed once for 12 months. Prices are shown in USD. The price you see when you join is locked for as long as your membership stays active and uninterrupted. If we ever change the standard price, existing members keep their current rate unless they cancel and rejoin.
You can cancel anytime from your Account page, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund payments already made, including partial refunds for yearly plans cancelled before the end of the 12-month period.
The 14-day free trial replaces the practical value of the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right for a digital service that begins immediately. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and understand that the statutory withdrawal right ends once the service starts. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is taken.

Purchase Terms for the Guides
Each guide is a digital PDF workbook. The page count and format are stated on every product page. After payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Guide prices are shown in USD and are one-time payments. There is no recurring charge for a guide. Sales tax and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your location, and remitted by us where we are registered.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the guide for your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the file, or use it in paid coaching, courses or training without written permission.
If a download link fails or a file is unreadable, email us and we will resend or replace it.
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Because the guides are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to tick a box confirming that you want immediate delivery and that you acknowledge losing that withdrawal right once delivery begins. That acknowledgement is recorded with your order and repeated on your confirmation page. Without it, the 14-day right applies as normal.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, consumers in Sweden may refer the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
